Balcones Lineage is a versatile single malt whiskey that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a variety of cocktails. Here are a few ideas for Balcones Lineage cocktails:

1. The Lineage Old Fashioned:

 

• 2 oz Balcones Lineage

• 1/4 oz Demerara syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• Orange peel twist, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a rocks glass, combine the Balcones Lineage, Demerara syrup, and bitters.

1. Add ice and stir gently until chilled.

1. Express the oils from an orange peel twist over the drink and garnish with the twist.

2. The Lineage Manhattan:

 

• 2 oz Balcones Lineage

• 1 oz Sweet vermouth

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• Luxardo cherry, for garnish
