  • Yes, you can return unopened and unused bottles of alcohol purchased online within 30 days of the delivery date. Please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions.

2. Can I return chilled wines or beers?

  • Perishable items such as chilled wines or beers cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Please contact our customer service team if you have received a damaged or defective perishable item.

3. How do I initiate a return?

  • You can initiate a return either in-store or by shipping the items back to us. For in-store returns, please bring the unopened and unused item(s) along with your proof of purchase to any CCM Wine and Spirits location. For returns by shipping, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. How long does it take to process a refund?

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their eligibility for return.

5. Can I exchange an item for a different one?

  • Yes, exchanges are possible. Please indicate the desired replacement item(s) when initiating the return, and we will process the exchange promptly upon receiving the returned item(s).
